ABOUT UMC Amsterdam

In the spring 2021 I worked with dr. Arjan Hillebrand, dr. Ilse van Straaten and dr. Ana Millan Vidal from the UMC Amsterdam (Department of Clinical Neurophysiology and Magnetoencephalography Center) on a script to communicate the complex and scientific story of a ‘new research method into epilepsy-related surgery’ to the target-group (patients* and caregivers) in an easy to understand way.

Solution

I am very proud that we have succeeded in translating this complex material into a clear explainer video, which can also be seen on the project site of the research group: www.virtualsurgeon.net
